With a little luck, you will observe cranes, white-tailed eagles and ospreys in the wild on your trail ride. Riding on, you will reach the sparsely populated area near Kratzeburg. Not even 600 inhabitants live here on an area of 7,500 ha. In terms of landscape, however, it lies embedded in the charming lake and hill landscape of the Mecklenburg Lake District. From Kratzeburg the route leads through extensive forest areas past Zartwitzer Hütte to Granzow, where you are always accompanied by the numerous lakes of the Mecklenburg Lake District. Through forest and meadows the tour leads you in the direction of Wesenberg. Wesenberg is shaped by the last ice age and surrounded by countless, often interconnected lakes and extensive forests. From the tower of the castle, the landmark of Wesenberg, you have a unique view over the town, the surrounding forests, fields and meadows and the Woblitzsee.
From Leussow you go via Peetsch, Wustrow to Priepert, the southernmost tour point. On rural roads you reach Godendorf , where you can take up quarters in Hilly & Billy Town. Continue to Wokuhl-Dabelow, Goldenbaum, Bergfeld to Ollendorf, where your horse and you will meet at the vacation and riding farm Scholz where you and your horse will enjoy regional delicacies and then gently drift off to sleep in imaginative dreams.
Along the border of the national park you will reach Carpin and the village of Rollenhagen before you tour true to the motto: "across fields and meadows" to Blumenholz in the direction of Prillwitz. Let your eyes wander over the Tollensesee , remember your impressions along the trail ride through Mecklenburg Switzerland and the Lake District and relax after a total of 136 km. Already with longing in your chest for the next adventure in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, you enjoy the returning silence at the evening fire at the Landhof zur Meierei in Mallin.
