And if your stomach starts to pinch and you feel a little grumpy, a cup of herbal tea or a hot water bottle, which is available to every guest in their room, will soothe you.

The professionals from the kitchen team conjure up alkaline dishes for every meal that are rich in fiber and secondary plant substances and keep you full for a long time. To achieve this, the portions do not have to be huge, and the eye also likes to eat them nicely presented. For breakfast, for example, porridge with fresh fruit or millet porridge with cinnamon plums are served. At lunchtime and in the evening, the menu includes spicy soups and vegetable stir-fries or muesli polenta wedges with avocado cream and spelt pasta with Provençal crème fraîche.
