This course can be attended by anyone who enjoys exercise and relaxation. Both yoga beginners and experienced yoga practitioners will get their money's worth in this course. The right exercise will be found for everyone and everyone will feel invigorated and deeply relaxed. Yoga postures, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques are practiced.
However, by practicing the exercises regularly, many people begin to change on a subtle level. Through the constant alternation between tension and relaxation and the targeted and conscious attention to breathing, you achieve physical, mental and spiritual balance when practising the asanas (postures in yoga).
Physical and mental tensions are released and a high level of concentration is achieved. Satisfaction and quality of life are restored.
