This year's International Big Band Workshop will once again take place in Neubrandenburg. The workshop will be led by Berlin composer, musician and arranger Rolf von Nordenskjöld. He will be joined by internationally renowned jazz musicians and bandleaders who will cover the entire range of instruments represented in a big band and will take it in turns to lead the participating big bands. All instructors will also perform at the final concert on Sunday at 3 p.m. in the refectory of Neubrandenburg University of Applied Sciences.
Rehearsals will begin on Friday, February 28, 2025 at 9:30 am. The official opening of the workshop will then take place on Friday, 28.023.2025 at 13:30 in the theater laboratory of Neubrandenburg University of Applied Sciences (above the refectory).
