Creating the future with all senses!
We have created space and rooms that, through proximity to the soil and food, through architecture and well-being, through relationships and advice, provide impetus for reflection and discussion on sustainable developments and innovations. Or simply offer an environment in which to relax and unwind.
In this workshop, we sow and harvest. We will use fermented and preserved foods from last summer's cornucopia and the fresh produce from our gardens and fields.
We cook in the tradition and values of Italian cuisine.
The workshop with gardener and chef, including water, soft drinks, coffee and dinner, is accompanied by terroir wine. We open up the known and the unknown, the uncomplicated and the rare from the wealth of our wine cellar in consultation with the participants.
