The Wesenberg Christmas market
On November 30th, the Saturday before the 1st Advent, the Wesenberg Christmas market will take place under the name "Wesenberger Weihnachtswandeln" on the market square in front of the town hall. Among others, the fisherman from Wesenberg, our baker Reinhold, the church, the fire department association, the sports club Union Wesenberg, the Old Well Distillery from Below, the Lärzer Lindenkrug, and of course we, the castle association, will provide the various enjoyment stations. For children of all ages, there will once again be a craft workshop and stories told by Frau Holle. As in previous years, the children from the Wesenberg daycare center "Spatzenhus" will perform a Christmas program with singing and dancing and the line dance girls from the Castle Dragons will show us new dance moves. There will also be craft stalls where you can buy a Christmas present or two. As last year, the herald will be auctioning off the 24 doors of the Advent calendar.
A highlight this year is the 1st Wesenberg Advent calendar, filled with high-quality chocolate, which can be purchased on this day, just in time for the start of Advent.
