Forest bathing
Forest bathing, also known as Shinrin Yoku, was developed in Japan in the 1980s.
With Shinrin Yoku, we shift our focus from our often planned and digitalized everyday lives to our roots ... nature.
Spending time in nature has many positive effects on the human body as well as on mental and emotional health. It reduces the release of stress hormones and activates the body's natural immune system. Heart and circulatory problems are positively influenced. Our mind comes to rest and can regenerate. The fresh, pure air is good for our lungs.
During forest bathing, we immerse ourselves in the forest atmosphere on a slow, mindful walk. We concentrate fully on our senses. The 3-hour course is all about seeing, hearing, feeling, smelling and tasting the forest.
Participation fee: €29 per person (for 2 hours), €39 per person (for 3 hours)
Participants limited to 8 people
