Vitamin D(igital): The KÜSTEN KARTE as a digital spa card for tourism businesses

With the introduction of the KÜSTEN KARTE, nine coastal resorts are combining their spa cards and creating a standardized, digital guest card for the region around Kühlungsborn. While guests previously had to pay separately at different locations, the KÜSTEN KARTE now offers free access to regional offers without the recurring hurdle of additional fees. For host companies in the region, this means that they benefit from automated processes that both simplify handling and save resources. At the same time, legal requirements are taken into account. The Verband Mecklenburgischer Ostseebäder e.V. (VMO) supports the cooperating municipalities and resorts as a central contact and project coordinator with advice and assistance.
