A training course in cooperation with the Müritz National Park and the State Office for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Geology M-V
The fascinating shadowy realm of mushrooms is full of secrets. On the one hand, they have been used as food for thousands of years, and on the other hand, they are more closely related to humans and animals than to plants. Due to their special way of life and their unique survival strategies, they are regarded as a healing force in the fight to keep the human body healthy.
For interested amateurs, but also for experienced mushroom pickers, there are amazing opportunities to add lesser-known species to their repertoire or to get to know popular edible mushrooms from a new perspective, which we offer in our seminar with the following focal points:
- a portrait of native and exotic mushroom species - from oyster mushrooms to tinder fungi; winter and spring mushrooms
- helpful tips on safe collecting, valuable information on the ingredients and practical recommendations for use;
- Excursion to the surrounding area with the aim of possibly finding and identifying mushroom species from the portraits presented.
The course costs €75.00 per participant and is offered on one day.
