Successful classical music series returns to Demmin - Concerts where you are at home Organizer: Neue Philharmonie in cooperation with the Nordkurier Media Group
From February 2020, the musicians of the Neue Philharmonie MV will once again be on a major "Stadt. Land. Klassik!" tour. On their musical journey through Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, they will be performing for the second time in the impressive St. Bartholomew's Church in Demmin, presenting a varied program with works by Debussy, Weber, Beethoven, Schubert and Rossini. With their fresh and lively interpretations, the musicians will once again warm up the Demmin audience with the finest classical music during the dark winter months.
On Tuesday, February 25, 2020, the musicians of the Neue Philharmonie MV will perform in St. Bartholomaei at 7 pm. They will perform Carl Maria von Weber's "Clarinet Concerto No. 2", Ludwig van Beethoven's "Symphony No. 1", Franz Schubert's "Symphony in B minor ("The Unfinished") and Gioachino Rossini's "The Barber of Seville - Overture".
With all "Stadt. Land. Klassik" concerts, a presenter guides the audience through the program in an entertaining way, providing background information that makes the works more accessible to all visitors and enables them to better place what they hear in an overall context.

"Stadt. Land. Klassik!" is a concert series organized by the Neue Philharmonie MV in cooperation with the Nordkurier media group. The organizers bring classical music at affordable prices for children and adults to many regions of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern away from large venues.
