Ballet evening with two creations
For the first time, the Schwerin Ballet is presenting a premiere in Parchim. The program includes creations by two up-and-coming choreographers. Ilya Vidrin is a versatile artist and researcher at the intersection of dance, ethics and interactive media. Growing up in a refugee family, he navigated the intricacies of cultural expectations, language barriers and differing political ideologies. This experience drives him to explore social ethics in physical interaction in his artistic practice and research. His Schwerin choreography marks his debut in Germany.
The second choreography of the evening will be created by a winner of the Biarritz competition for young choreographers.
