Orchestra heroes with Anneleen Lenaerts
A celebrity visit to Güstrow: the LJO performs with Anneleen Lenaerts, solo harpist with the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra.
The Mecklenburg-Vorpommern State Youth Orchestra and the Mecklenburg-Vorpommern State Youth Jazz Orchestra also take to the stages. And, of course, also the stages of the MV Festival. Cooperation with the local young ensembles is practically part of the DNA of the festival summer. These young ensembles are also sponsored by the State Music Council and are groups of instrumentalists who come together on a project basis from all corners of the region, work on their repertoire in intensive rehearsal phases, absorb the knowledge and skills of renowned professionals in workshops and make music together with them. However, there is an age restriction here: the age limit is 21 or 26.
