Music and dance meets Caspar David Friedrich
To mark the anniversary year, four works choreographed by Stefan Hahn were created by the composers of the Acantun Kollektiv. Niklas Bladt, Christa Abels, Enrico Olivanti and Christian Mietke set their personal view of the Greifswald painter to music, sharpened by the artistic work of conductor Katharina Dickopf. Together with Sinfonietta Dresden, the dance ensemble Perform-[d]ance and lighting designer Geohwan Ju, they transform the STRAZE into a place that brings the atmosphere of Caspar David Friedrich's paintings into the present.
