The ensemble consists of Kati Frölian - clarinet, Martin Karl-Wagner - flute, Thomas Goralczyk - piano and Lukas Meier-Lindner - drums and delights its listeners with pieces that put them in a good mood and tempt them to hum along. Clarinettist Kati Frölian received her musical training at the Rostock University of Music and Drama. She has been teaching at the "Carl Orff" district music school in Northwest Mecklenburg since 1995. She is also a freelance clarinettist and saxophonist in various orchestras and ensembles in northern Germany, including Sinfonietta Lübeck, Norddeutsche Hansephilharmonie, woodwind quintet Sinfonietta Piccola Lübeck, Lubelka Trio and saxophone quartet Aeolia.Flutist Martin Karl-Wagner studied at the Lübeck University of Music with Klaus Holle (flute) and Friedhelm Döhl (composition). He has performed in Germany, Estonia, Spain, Wales, Austria, Italy and Hungary, including at the Nibelungenfestspiele Worms, Movimentos Wolfsburg and the Festival Mitte Europa. In 2002 he received
Together with two visual artists, he received a grant from the Günter Schirm Foundation for the Odysseus project. In 2007, he received the Ostholstein District Culture Prize with his ENSEMBLE musica floreat and in 2018 the City of Eutin Culture Prize. Pianist Thomas Goralczyk has already made a name for himself in a wide variety of musical genres. With his versatile experience in classical music, but also in jazz and blues, he is able to inspire his audience with and without fixed notes and is a sought-after accompanist for songs and chansons. For many years, he has written the music for the Christmas fairy tale productions at Eutin's "Theater am Schloß". His piano concerto "Oliver Twist" was premiered at the Marstall Ahrensburg. He has worked as a répétiteur at the Eutin Festival, can be seen with various actors in music & literature programs and works with the Lübeck Theater Combinale. Lukas Meier-Lindner is the percussionist in the quartet. He learned his cultivated style at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater in Hamburg. He was then percussionist in numerous musical productions in Hamburg, including Cats, Phantom of the Opera, Dirty Dancing, Dance of the Vampires and I've Never Been to New York. In addition to his freelance work in various orchestras and ensembles (Sinfonietta Lübeck, Ahrensburg Chamber Orchestra, Norddeutsche Hansephilharmonie, Trio Lubelka), he is a lecturer at the "Carl Orff" Northwest Mecklenburg District Music School.
