Koffi (Marc Zinga) is possessed. At least that's what his family believes, which is why they call him 'Zabolo', the mark of the devil. He returns to his birthplace in the Congo for the first time in many years after being ostracized there for years. Koffi wants to get the family's blessing for his marriage to Alice (Lucie Debay), with whom he lives in Belgium.
