On December 27, 2024 at 16:00 in Greifswald, the family musical "Der Fall Däumeline" (The Thumbelina Case) goes on a great search for clues. With this 100-minute show, the Fairytale Factory invites you to an unforgettable afternoon of crime.
Inspector Walli the vole is faced with her most unusual case. The frog girl Fiona has disappeared without a trace and according to Fiona's father, circus director Franjo Hopps, she was last seen with a girl - a human girl as tiny as himself. Now the task is to find this girl in order to get to the bottom of the suspicion that she has been kidnapped. Inspector Walli investigates at full speed and gradually learns more about her seemingly peaceful territory by the lake...
The exciting crime adaptation, freely adapted from the fairy tale "Thumbelina" by Hans Christian Andersen, takes on a completely new narrative level and invites young and old to go in search of clues and join in the puzzling. Animal characters such as frogs, bees, mice and butterflies quickly immerse the audience in this colorful and costume-filled microcosm.
Self-written songs emphasize each individual character and the witty dialogues conjure up a smile or two. Get out the magnifying glasses! Now it's time to investigate.
