Tai chi is a holistic practice that brings body, mind and soul into harmony. It promotes the harmony of yin and yang and the balance of activity and rest.
Through flowing movements, tensions are released and the energy in the body is made to flow. Tai Chi teaches patience, mindfulness and inner peace in dealing with oneself and others. It is a philosophy of life that leads to self-discovery and inner balance.
Tai Chi for beginners takes place every Thursday at 6 pm.
We go to the concert pavilion in the Rhododendron Park. Please bring comfortable and warm clothing.
The fee for one lesson is 12€.
