In these turbulent times, people need something beautiful. And that is exactly what you can find everywhere in Mecklenburg's nature. Sun, lakes, clouds, trees, animals, ... whether in the great expanse or tiny down to the last detail, everything is special, unique, beautiful and worth protecting in its own way.
Jana Dahnke, who once had a creative profession, discovered the wonderful hobby of photography. She spends every free minute out and about in nature to capture atmospheric moments, often by the wayside. The special exhibition shows forays through our beautiful Mecklenburg and is a short journey through the four seasons. Each of them has wonderful things in store for us. The photographs are intended to inspire us to walk through the landscape with open eyes and to sharpen our focus on the essentials. Our nature is a treasure trove that needs to be cared for and protected. For the photographer, taking pictures conveys relaxation, joy and peace, and she hopes that other viewers will feel the same way.
