Stephan Bormann is one of the most versatile German guitarists and is coming to the Theaeterfoyer with his latest album. Some of the songs are inspired by different cultural areas, others are heartfelt tributes to his long-term idols Pat Metheny and Sting or dedicated to people close to him in a touching way.
Stephan Bormann's arrangements reflect the sound aesthetics of a fingerstylist as well as the approach of a jazz musician to give each piece an everlasting freshness through the freedom to improvise.
