Sound meditation - just lie down and listen

This meditation uses various singing bowls to create soothing sounds. The sound spreads through the room and vibrates the body. Deep relaxation is possible and has a positive effect on body, mind and soul.

*Contraindication:
If the following applies to you, you should not attend a singing bowl meditation:
* acute anxiety
* acute psychoses and other severe mental illnesses
* cardiac pacemakers
* epilepsy
