In the face of the global super-market, how can we maintain a rural, diverse agriculture that produces healthy, fresh food and also cares for the natural and cultural landscape?
How can we maintain a diverse, small-scale agriculture that not only produces healthy food for the region, but also treats nature and employees responsibly? The concept of community-supported agriculture (SoLaWi for short) offers some exciting solutions. There are now around 500 SoLaWi's in Germany.
