Sax meets Electronics with Christoph Möckel (Sax/Electronics) as guest
At the 6th concert in the KON-Takte 2024 series on Friday, September 20 at 7 pm, students from the "Making Music with the iPad" course and other creative young people will take to the stage under the guidance of Jörg Uwe Andrees in the Brigitte Feldtmann Hall of the Schwerin Conservatory at Puschkinstraße 6.
For over a year, they collected ideas, collages and compositions and made them audible with the iPad, the looper, the drum pad and other electronic tools. These musical ideas now sound as they were arranged in music school lessons, as a mix of electronic templates and live instruments.
The musician Christoph Möckel (saxophone/electronics), who began his musical career as a student at the conservatory and has already been heard several times in the KON-Takte concert series, will enrich the program with his improvisational skills as a guest. He will also be heard "analog" together with Jörg Uwe Andrees, who plays the keyboard instruments and has compiled the program.
You can look forward to a varied and exciting evening at the Schwerin Conservatory!
Admission to the event on 20.09.2024 costs 6 euros, concessions 4 euros. Tickets can be reserved by emailing Ms. Semlow at dsemlow@schwerin.de. Access to the Brigitte Feldtmann Saal is barrier-free.
