Self-efficacy seminar with horses on the subject of relationships:
Horses read your body language and react to conscious and unconscious self-expression. They become incorruptible testers of your self-care in relationships with others. You can try out ideas for improvement immediately and test their effectiveness.
Dealing with sensitive horses can help you to set boundaries more calmly, have a deeper relationship or become clearer about your needs in the relationship and express yourself more effectively.
Experience in dealing with horses is not necessary, but can be incorporated into the course if it is available. Max. 6 participants
The seminar leaders are Vera Kühnle from "Pferanstaltungen" and Ines Treuger from Team Pferdehof Kranichweide. The equine mentors are Resada, Helmut, Oakley, Sabrina, Lennart and Hermann, from big to small.
The seminar takes place alternately in the outdoor training area, in the indoor riding arena and in the heated riding room at Kranichweide horse farm.
A vegan solyanka soup for lunch, coffee/tea and cookies are included.
