ROESNEREI presents stories made of paper in its store studio!
In the technique of papier-mâché, the material paper at Hageböcker Str. 12 is transformed into figures and episodes that the artist encounters in life or that occupy her. Often this leads to bizarre stories, in the course of which special personalities are born, such as deer ladies and gentlemen - but also spring ladies, table companies, boat trips or lucky swings can be found in the ROESNEREI.
Another great passion of Heike Roesner are collages. In the collage series "SIGNS FROM PARADISE" small works of art are presented that tell stories from paradise.
Happiness also plays a big role in the ROESNEREI - so it is not surprising that paper chains with happiness medallions from the series GLÜCKSSTÜCKE play a role.
