Reading with Margot Käßmann
Margot Käßmann reads from her book Colors of Hope.
Many conflicts in the world are coming to a head and personal crises are inevitable. It is difficult to remain hopeful in the face of all this and to confront one's own fears. How can I overcome the challenges? Does the world have a bright future?
Treat yourself to homemade cake and coffee before the reading from 3 pm.
After the reading, personally signed books can be purchased.
Margot Käßmann approaches the topics from different perspectives - as a pastor and also very personally.
For this book with vibrant pictures and sketches by artist Eberhard Münch, the popular theologian has chosen twelve colors to which she has assigned themes of hope. For example, hope for the future, love, peace, home, health and happiness.
She says: "All the fear, despondency and despondency cannot simply be wiped away. And yet I want to set hope against it, colorful, cheerful hope!"
