A poetic tale by and with Christiane Schünemann
The author tells a modern love story about a young woman: Warnemünde in the summer of 2013. Milla is in her mid-twenties when she learns the error of her name from her parents. Is the mistake winding its way through her life? Is that why she has no luck in love? A story about hope in the form of a gilded bronze statue looking out over the sea from the central pier. And at the seagulls.
Christiane Schünemann lives in Rostock and has worked as an assistant director at the Volkstheater. She writes prose stories and essays. Her texts have won awards.
You can look forward to an entertaining evening in which the author will also talk about the genesis of this text and answer questions about her writing. And please bring a pen and paper for a private writing "time-out".
