In the almost infinite Piano Cosmos, the Queenz of Piano break down the boundaries between classical piano music and the electrifying atmosphere of a pop concert. With virtuoso precision and deep musical understanding, the two pianists combine classical music with energetic beats, serious music with underground music and high culture with pop culture.
Their unmistakable sound is created by combining piano music with synthesizers, spherical sounds and minimal beats - a symbiosis that lifts the piano concerto into the 21st century.
In their program, Bach meets the pulsating rhythms of Daft Punk's Aerodynamic, while Ludwig van Beethoven's Für Elise shines in a completely new,
atmospheric sound. The Moonlight Sonata transports the audience into cosmic worlds of sound, merging with the epic elements from Hans Zimmer's soundtrack to Interstellar.
The duo rounds off the program with their own compositions, which impressively demonstrate their musical range.
The new album will be released by EDEL KULTUR in May 2025. At the same time, the release tour will start in over 40 cities.
