Géraldine Hélène Schramm attended ballet school in Hamburg and received violin and singing lessons. After graduating from the Lycée Français in four languages, she studied cultural management, German studies, theater and film studies as well as psychology and sociology in Berlin and Hamburg. She worked for several years as a personal assistant and assistant director for Peter Zadek and completed further assistantships and stage management positions with Andreas Homoki, Carlos Wagner, Philipp Kochheim, Coline Serreau and Katharina Thalbach, among others. As a director and author, Géraldine Schramm brought historical personalities to life in 2013, developed music theater pedagogical formats, staged themed evenings, was involved as author and co-director in a documentary film about the artist Tamara de Lempicka and brought "PAPY-Belle Époque and Trenches" to the stage - a music theater evening inspired by the diaries of her French great-grandfather. In 2016, she founded the Amadé Hamburg association, which supports various projects related to Mozart's legacy.
