New voices: Young authors from Mecklenburg-Vorpommern
They are between 18 and 30 years old and represent the future of literature in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.
For six days, they discuss and write their texts in seclusion in the small village of Prillwitz near Neustrelitz. They are guided by the author Isabelle Lehn and the author and publisher Bertram Reinecke. The highlight of the workshop will be the final public reading, in which the six participants will present their texts and also perform a joint work. The public reading is planned for Thursday, September 11, 2025, 7 p.m., at the Alte Kachelofenfabrik in Neustrelitz - admission is free. The Literaturrat Mecklenburg-Vorpommern is responsible for the event.
