Andy Warhol, Armin Mueller-Stahl, Günter Grass, Roy Lichtenstein, Keith Haring and Udo Lindenberg
Pop art is derived from "popular art". It uses motifs from everyday life, is often garish and non-committal and close to consumer advertising. It is often associated with the works of Roy Lichtenstein and Andy Warhol: artists who are part of the American Pop Art movement. However, the art form developed independently in both America and Europe.
