Pilates training is a systematic whole-body workout with a focus on strengthening the abdominal, pelvic floor, diaphragm and back muscles. A so-called muscle corset is built up in order to move the body economically and effectively. Conscious awareness of the body during the exercise sequences also improves flexibility and balance in the body. The exercises are accompanied by appropriate breathing, which can make body movement easier or more difficult.
Note: Pre-registration is required for participation! Max. 20 participants.
