Vital & Gesund is the first public trade fair of its kind in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and is taking place for the second time this year. It stands for health, quality of life and joie de vivre at any age and offers a point of contact for everyone who wants to find out about health and support in everyday life - whether for themselves, parents, children, relatives, friends or acquaintances.

Thanks to the cooperation with various exhibitors and experts, a wide range of topics is covered, providing all visitors with a varied trade fair experience. The program of the fair includes

lectures by experts on various health topics such as nutrition, exercise, pain therapy and regeneration & sleep.
