The Mobilés with Moving Shadows have been in the global spotlight ever since they were always on the podium at talent shows. No matter where they perform, they are celebrated enthusiastically. In 2020, the Cologne-based ensemble celebrated its 40th anniversary with a new programme, which was extended until 2023 due to the pandemic. So it was clear: the time was ripe for new adventures from the world of shadows. The result is Our World! With their Moving Shadows, the Mobilés have once again staged a glittering feast for the senses. Loving, suffering, dancing, gyrating, poetic and funny, they enchant their audience - in black, white and in color. Shadows that inspire the world.
They have been fascinating, touching and inspiring their audiences since they were founded. The highlight of many awards: Winning the French Super Talent in Paris.
At the world's largest comedy festival Juste pour rire in Montreal, they not only wowed the live audience and TV viewers with Moving Shadows, but also the jury. They won two out of a total of six awards, the Creativity Award and the Audience Award Winner of Hearts. No other group has achieved this in the 40-year history of the festival.
Seven artists, a screen, light and music - that's all it takes for a dreamlike journey. The artists, dancers and mime artists enchant their audience with delicate images. With astonishing precision and astounding ease, the Moving Shadows create a poetic series of images from flowing bodies, whirling spiritedly into the light and disappearing again into the mysterious depths of the room. Behind the canvas, their bodies merge into landscapes, animals and buildings. The result in front of the screen: an enchanted audience.
