On the weekend of June 21 and 22, 2025, more than 70 listed manor houses and manor houses in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern will open their doors and gates and invite you to a summer country party.
This year we are celebrating the 175th anniversary of our house and on this occasion we are opening our new permanent exhibition "The Castle in the Moon", which takes you through the moving epochs of the history of our estate and the respective generations in it.

Meet & greet with the hosts about the eventful past and hopeful future of the house
The building, which is now used as a hotel, has been used almost continuously through the different eras of its history and has preserved impressive historical architectural elements, such as the stunning neo-Renaissance rotunda. Artistic parquet mosaic floors and impressive wall paintings of hunting scenes have also been preserved. Today's combination of honest history and timeless modernity gives the estate a modern, sophisticated flair with a down-to-earth feel. The architecture and park merge to create an oasis far removed from the hustle and bustle of modern life. The enchanted landscape park with a small lake is particularly characterized by exotic trees and shrubs.
