"Women are sharks. If you give them your little finger, your arm comes off," he says. SHE finds more fault with the ordinary man than with Deutsche Bahn. Men and women simply don't go together. The fact that they still try again and again gives life its spice and the KIECK Theater program its content. With texts by various poets, the actress Cornelia Thiele goes on playful rambles, where she eavesdrops on Lottchen and her lovers, makes comparisons of men, kisses frogs, says "hello" to the beautiful Mister Death, and narrowly escapes many a catastrophe in the process.
Thomas Kieck, like many a man, hardly gets a word in edgewise, but is indispensable as an accompanist on the guitar. And in the interplay you can see it again: How beautifully harmonious men and women can complement each other - sometimes even without catastrophes.

Cornelia Thiele and Thomas Kieck have been presenting literary-musical programs under the name KIECK-Theater since 1991, combining acting, pantomime and music. They can look back on more than 2500 performances so far.
With their mixture of funny, dramatic and thoughtful little tricks they make the audience from Basel to Rostock and from Bautzen to Essen laugh, dream, smile and be moved.
