Ralf Benschu (soprano, alto), Matthias Wacker (alto), Mark Wallbrecht (tenor) and Sebastian Hillmann (baritone) have been playing together in this formation for over two decades. From the idea of playing a serenade for their saxophone teacher Werner Meier on his 70th birthday, a permanent quartet was formed.
From the beginning, the four Potsdam musicians served a diverse repertoire with their own arrangements of classical, jazz, pop and film music to reach a wide audience.
