Essential oils are now known and loved by many people. But their "gentle sisters", hydrolates or plant waters, are also worth a closer look. Both are part of aromatherapy and can be used externally as sprays, rubs, in roll-ons, cosmetic products or for inhalations and much more.
In this seminar, I would first like to give you a brief introduction to the production of essential oils and hydrolates. You will then learn a lot about their use in aromatherapy and beauty care.
In the practical part, you can put together two blends according to your wishes and personal needs and take them home with you. You decide whether it will be an inhalation blend, a scented oil, a room spray or a facial toner. I am sure we will have a lot of fun experimenting, which will last for a long time afterwards, namely every time you use your mixture.
The offer is aimed at adults and children aged 12 and over.
The seminar lasts approximately 3 hours, of which 1.5 hours are planned for theory/exchange and 1.5 hours for practice.
The fee includes all documents and materials.
I only work with ingredients from organic farming or wild harvesting.
