Matti Sund reads: "Mensch Warnemünde! Tales"

Matti Sund's anthology "MENSCH WARNEMÜNDE!" is all about the popular place to live and vacation on the Baltic Sea, especially about the people who make up Warnemünde.
There are 20 fictional miniatures, often set against a real-life backdrop: sometimes Nordic and rough, sometimes mysterious, sometimes grotesque or tragic, sometimes subtly funny. Just like life and just like the people by the sea.
The frames of the stories reveal what readers can expect: an unbelievable incident, a pitch-black episode, a thought-provoking moment, a final message, moments in life, a legend that isn't a legend, longing and visions, stories dreamed of in advance, the Tidigsbringer, the witch's stone, the inscription, Captain Stiltfoot, the philosopher ...

In some of the 20 stories, the author dispels misconceptions and tells us his version. Sund will also be presenting "Hiddensee. The second gold". Why did he decide to write a crime novel? Sund thinks because the story of Hiddensee's gold jewelry is still being told incorrectly in parts and, on the other hand, because logic remains on the trail in many island crime novels, too many police officers, too many island deaths today ...
