Songwriter-Folk
Matt Epp is "quite simply one of the best of a generation of fine Canadian songwriters to have emerged in this country in the last decade or more" (Gary Cristall, Vancouver Folk Music Festival). This time he will be playing together with JD Crosstown at the Kornhaus.
Award-winning Canadian songwriter Matt Epp returns to Germany with up-and-coming newcomer JD Crosstown, who will open the concert and support Epp on electric guitar. Epp, a seasoned storyteller, embodies the spirit of Old Shatterhand, while Crosstown, the bold new talent, steps into the shoes of a modern-day Winnetou. Together they create an unforgettable evening of melody and lyrical mastery, combining the essence of the Old West with fresh, exciting energy - less horses, more guitars.
Admission is €15, €10 for schoolchildren, students and the severely disabled.
