Peace and relaxation through mantra chanting, meditation and light movement, also suitable for people with physical disabilities.
Mantras are sacred syllables or verses that manifest themselves through repetition. On this evening, mantras are sung together, whereby it is not the voice that is important, but the recitation, the alignment of the thoughts and the feeling of the body. Chanting the mantras is a form of meditation in itself, which will be deepened by Cindy Wohlrab (musician and certified meditation instructor). Over the course of the evening, participants will be introduced to different types of meditation and guided into calm, relaxation and centering. Light movement will also be integrated.
The event is also suitable for people with physical disabilities.
