The countdown is on: On Saturday, May 24, 2025, the next Inselstadtlauf will take place!
The call goes out to everyone who wants to experience an afternoon of fun and exercise together.
We have again prepared a course of four hundred meters for the Bambinis (up to 8 years), then the older kids (up to 12 years) can race over 1,500 meters.
The adults start last: Over a distance of three times two kilometers, individual runners as well as relay teams can show what they can do. Those who prefer a slower pace can show how fast they can walk in the 4-kilometer walk.
There will also be an award ceremony, food and drink for refreshments and a lively musical finale
, and those who don't want to run are welcome to cheer them on along the route.
