Living room movie: "Come on, come on"

New York radio presenter Johnny (Joaquin Phoenix), who is single again after a long relationship, unexpectedly has to take care of her son, nine-year-old Jesse (Woody Norman), after receiving a call from his sister Viv (Gaby Hoffmann). It is the first time that Johnny is solely responsible for a child and Jesse is separated from his mother for an extended period of time.
