The jazz band "Swinging Seagulls" was formed in 2016 and is dedicated to the swing and standards of the early 20s and 30s. Saxophonist and singer Andreas Pasternack is one of the best-known and most popular musicians in our country, but has also performed to great acclaim in Japan, Poland and the USA. He leads his own big band, presents the NDR radio program "Jazztime" once a week and is a cultural award winner of the Hanseatic City of Rostock and the state of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.
Franz-Josef L übken has been the musical director of the Bonn jazz band "Doktor Jazz Ambulanz" (DJA) since it was founded in 1977 and has performed in many jazz clubs and festivals in Germany and abroad.
and won the "WDR-Stadtmusik" competition. During his time in Bonn, he played in various bands in Bonn, Cologne, Frankfurt and Berlin. He has been performing successfully with the DJA in the K ühlungsborn area for years.

Guitarist Christian Ahnsehl studied politics and philosophy, worked for a long time as a musician on cruise ships and has been Andreas Pasternack's musical partner for eight years now.
