Illuminating - stellar moments in Neustadt-Glewe on November 29, 2024

11/29/24 in Neustadt-Glewe

Unfortunately already over

Unfortunately, the event you have called is already in the past.

Children, Market & Festival, Open-Air Festival

The Christmas lights count down on the market square and make the city sparkle and twinkle. There is live music, mulled wine, bratwurst and soup. You can warm yourself by the fire bowl.

Traditionally, the market square in Neustadt-Glewe is lit up on the Friday before the 1st Advent.

In 2019, the "Sternstunde in Neustadt-Glewe" campaign was launched jointly by the Neustadt-Glewe trade association and the town council. In recent years, over 100 stars have been sponsored by numerous Neustadt residents and many local businesses in our town.

Let us consciously enjoy the little things in life, spend time together, enjoy them and be more aware of them. There will be mulled wine, hot punch, bratwurst and soup by the fire bowl. With live music and a countdown, we light up the Christmas tree and enjoy the beautiful Advent lighting in our town.

The market square is closed to cars on this day. Parking is available behind the town hall, at the castle by the Rudolfo ice cream parlor or at the castle. Take advantage of the short distances in our town and drop by the market square.

We look forward to seeing you and to the magic hour in Neustadt-Glewe...
