Songs and chants from four centuries
At Rheinsberg Castle, the festival summer of Kammeroper Schloss Rheinsberg 2025 is all about song: aspiring singers will spend a week working with mezzo-soprano Carolin Masur on a varied vocal program, which will be performed on two evenings in the picturesque Hall of Mirrors.
In addition to classics of the song repertoire and ensembles, the singers perform songs on this intimate concert evening that were popular at the time they were composed - some of which have been forgotten today. Pianist Olav Kröger will play the fortepiano.
