A Low German evening with Luise Köhn and Günther Arend
The Förderverein der Kirche zu Kirch Stück e.V. is continuing its series of events on Friday, November 22 at 7.30 pm with a Low German evening entitled "Leuschen und Riemels" with the two Plattsnackers Luise Köhn and Günther Arend . The event will take place in the "Landhaus Schwerin",

Luise Köhn and Günther Arend from Warlow are popular plattersnackers in their region around Ludwigslust. This is the first time they have been our guests to perform Low German Leuschen and Riemels. The texts they recite are by writers from their region, such as Richard Giese, but also from more recent times, such as the "Plattsnackers" or Wolfgang Mahnke. Luise Köhn will introduce us to Richard Giese, an almost unjustly forgotten writer from the region. His books were published by Hinstorff Verlag Rostock.
Get ready for an entertaining and cozy evening in the "Landhaus Schwerin".
A warm invitation to all! Admission is free. At the end of the event, the Friends will be collecting donations for the purchase of a loudspeaker system for the nave of our church.
