The award-winning band LELÉKA presents a special concert program of Ukrainian Christmas music in December, where you can experience songs that are largely unknown in this country. The band has selected its favorites from the rich treasure trove of Ukrainian Christmas carols and breathed new life into them with a modern sound language.
LELÉKA is a young, multicultural Berlin quartet led by Ukrainian singer Viktoria, whose voice defines the character and atmosphere of the band's music. The band's sound world, which ranges from dynamic grooving passages to delicate folk ballad tones, finds a suitable framework in a contemporary jazz language that the quartet has developed into a varied concept.
