Lecture "Zempin - from fishing village to seaside resort"
The smallest seaside resort on the Island of Usedom grew from the Achterwasser to the Waldstraße. The railroad connection in 1911 brought an upswing for the fish smokehouses and tourism. Today it is a place for guests who love nature and want to relax in peace. It is a 20-minute walk from the Achterwasser to the beach - a real island experience.
