In 2025, LEA is going on another extensive open-air tour. With her soulful pop, she will provide unforgettable musical moments and very special summer evenings.
Anyone who talks to LEA about her music quickly realizes that her creativity comes from a kind of natural serenity. She likes it when things just happen, doesn't like to be judged and isn't afraid of imperfect records. On the contrary: for LEA, they are exciting contemporary documents.
In 2016, she released her first, very melancholic album "Vakuum". Her single "Leiser" became a radio anthem and earned her her first gold record. Thanks to this new lightness and the opening up of the LEA universe, she has found her very own sound world with "Zwischen meinen Zeilen". She remains true to this sound world with her third album "Treppenhaus".
No reason for LEA to lean back. "I love output," she says when it comes to the fact that her album FLUSS is her fourth record in five years. "When I write songs, I want to share them as quickly as possible - I don't like to wait for the right moment, which never comes. I'm always in favor of not leaving an album lying around, even if not everything is 100% perfect. For me, it's a snapshot, a record of my own development. I can let songs go very well if the essence is right - and music is always changing anyway, always in flux."
LEA is the most streamed artist in Germany in 2021 and 2022. She achieved over 272 million streams on Spotify alone. This is followed by the sold-out "Treppenhaus" OPEN AIR Tour. The following period is characterized by creativity and extraordinary collaborations, as well as the presentation of 10 gold and platinum awards. In the fall of 2022, she played a sold-out indoor tour, which was met with enthusiasm by the audience. Before LEA played a total of 23 open air shows in the summer of 2023, the Berliner-by-choice released "Bülowstrasse", an album that went completely against the spirit of the times and gave the street its permanent place in the capital, which is so rich in musical anecdotes and stories. This was followed in the fall by their most successful tour to date through the country's biggest halls.
A tour of 15 cities in Germany, Austria and Switzerland is planned for 2024, and on her new album "Von Der Schönheit und Zerbrechlichkeit Der Dinge", which will be released on 04.10.2024, LEA takes her listeners on a poetic trip through a world in which grace and decay merge and beauty and pain are closely intertwined.
