Duck dinner
Soon it will be time again for the delicious Karls duck dinner in the farm kitchens. From November 8, 2024 to January 2, 2025, we will once again be preparing our popular duck legs, traditionally served with brown gravy, dumplings and red cabbage, every day from 11 a.m. In keeping with the winter and Christmas season, lovers of hearty roasts will really get their money's worth.
A festive feast for the palate
We make every effort during preparation so that your taste buds are spoiled when you eat it, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. There is also a selection of side dishes, such as juicy potatoes, light and fluffy dumplings or aromatic red cabbage.
